[ Admittedly, there's a moment where she jerks, momentarily alarmed by the fact that someone entered her unlocked room. But with the arm wrapped around her, it's a little difficult for Seo to simply turn her head to see who exactly is in her bed with her.
She shifts, moving the arm away from her person so that she can sit up. As soon as she sees who's found her way into her bed, that feeling of unease leaves her. But it makes her curious so she reaches out, gingerly places her hand on Juri's shoulder...
and shakes her violently. ]
Hey! Senpai!
[ She's never been delicate when it came to rudely waking people up. ]
Juri jerks awake with a startled cry, immediately followed by one of pain from her headache. OH GOD THAT SHAKING IS JUST MAKING HER HEAD POUND EVEN MORE.
Her hand grabs the one on her shoulder and she tries to drag Seo back down onto the bed, wrapped in her arms so she CAN'T SHAKE HER ANYMORE.]
Don't. Don't, Yuzuki. Just... let me stay. [She groaned.] And be quiet.
[Once Seo had been wrangled, Juri loosened her hold and closed her eyes, burying her face in the other girl once more. And despite how much she was expecting that question eventually, when it came... she didn't exactly have an answer. At least, not a good answer.]
...I didn't want to be alone. And I'm hungover, so please don't kick me out and let me stay here. With you.
[ Hungover? It makes Seo wonder if she's been somewhere all night drinking, and is only getting in. That, for she woke up and then decided to migrate to her , which didn't make any sense, honestly. ]
Fine.
[ She just kind of lays there awkwardly and lets Juri hold onto her. Eventually, she wiggles an arm out, and gives her a pat on the arm. ]
[ Most of what she did at the party was all honest fun, and what happened later in the evening... well, she hadn't done anything particularly horrible that night. Certainly nothing she regretted, anyway.
I don't know... You're like the only one I encountered there after the sun went down that I don't regret seeing. [She managed a little laugh.] That was fun, though my heels would disagree.
I would've found you anyways, even if I wasn't being an angry possessive bitch. 'Cause I like you. A lot.
And, even after all the stuff they've done together, after having been made clear that their date was, in fact, a date, she still looks surprised to hear that she likes her.
It's the first time someone has said that to her—at least, in a straightforward way. Her. Not her alter ego. ]
Why?
[ And then she asks the question Juri has been asking herself since the beginning. ]
[And when put on the spot like that, Juri had to come up with something. With as huge of an ego as Seo had, she was actually a bit surprised she asked. And looked surprised, from the looks of it as Juri cracked an eye open to look at her.
She lifted a hand to curl a bit of brown hair about it and tried to vocalize something.]
Because I do. My feelings have always been a giant mess to figure out, which is why I come across so controlled... because I make myself be that way. But you... you've got this... freedom about you, where you just go with whatever you're feeling at the moment, how it looks to others be damned.
...it's infuriating. And so god damn attractive. You drive me nuts. You somehow find ways to drag me out of my comfort zone, put me in situations where I have to give up all that control I insist on so much... and it ends up being okay. You make sense.
[That's something no one's probably ever said to her before, but it wasn't meant in a logical way, because Seo doesn't remotely make any logical sense. But emotionally? She made a lot of sense. And there was a simplicity about Seo that Juri kind of needed.]
You live in the moment, which is something I don't know how to do. So yeah, Yuzuki... I like you. [A pause.] Like-like you. Just to be clear.
[Because they were frickin' teenagers and sometimes you have to specify that you like-like someone.]
[ She's not sure what she expected, honestly. Certainly not this, and it catches her off-guard.
Granted, most of what she says, Seo already knows. Of course she's attractive (that's not what Juri meant by that), and lives in the moment. It's not something she's consciously aware that she does because she has this tendency to not think before she acts. Or think before she opens her mouth.
Or think.
Because of this, she's used to people typically being annoyed by her (yet she can't figure out why???), not seeking her out as a means of comfort. Well, sometimes they would because if they gave her a chance, it turns out she can be a pretty loyal friend.
And so, Juri's saying all these things to her, confessing her feelings, and all Seo can think of is how warm her bed is and how nice all this praise makes her feel, that her eyelids are already starting to feel heavy again.
The only response Juri gets is the sound of quiet snoring as Seo tucks her head under her chin and cuddles in close. ]
[Well. That was. That was actually better than it could have been.
'Believe in miracles and they will know your feelings.' Juri knew better than to rely on that faulty logic any longer because miracles just didn't come for Juri. She hated them, and she didn't want to need them. Hanging her hopes on them only served to hurt Juri. So, she'd found voice to her feelings and told Seo.
And she hadn't been kicked out of the bed. She hadn't been told that she wasn't liked back. Sure, she had no idea how Seo felt about her or if there really was something there, but if there wasn't, surely Seo wouldn't have relaxed like she did and cuddle in close.
She was snoring... It was kind of cute.
Juri wrapped her arms about Seo and shifted to be a bit more comfortable. She then pressed a soft kiss to the girl's head.]
Don't you dare make me fall in love with you...
[Words whispered to sleeping ears as Juri closed her own eyes. Maybe her feelings, what she said, would register some other time with Seo. But at least she said them. And she was still there, wrapped up in the other girl, fast on her heels to dreamland.
Yeah... that actually went pretty well, all things considered.]

She sort of stops the shaking when finally she notices a little too late that Juri is awake, and goes down with only a mild struggle.

Had a bad day yesterday. Some stuff from the party came back to haunt me. I made the horrible decision to make myself stop feeling last night.
[Which meant when she woke up, she was feeling again... and wandered over to Seo.]

Granted, not everyone seemed as lucky. ]
Did you wanna talk about it?
